VIGAS boilers differ from other solid fuel boilers in the principle of combustion. These boilers are designed in such a way that during the combustion process a pyrolytic distillation process takes place inside, i.e. all components created by the combustion process become gaseous. The combustion process takes place in three stages in separate zones of the boiler:

1. Drying and gasification of the wood
2. Combustion of the wood gas in the nozzle with the supplied preheated air
3. Final afterburning in the combustion chamber and heat exchanger.

VIGAS wood gasifiers are designed to burn logs.

The characteristic feature of these systems is the very long intervals between refueling and the efficiency of over 90%. Thus, VIGAS heating boilers are very effective, economical and convenient in their
