The Pelltech essentially consists of three components: the weekly container, the burner and the boiler. The boiler is again divided into three sections: the combustion chamber, the 20 exchanger tubes and the exhaust gas duct. The combustion chamber and exchanger tubes are firmly welded together, and the exhaust gas duct can be screwed on from above for cleaning. The floor of the combustion chamber is lined with Promat for insulation. The exchanger tubes are equipped with spirals that ensure that the exhaust gases remain in the exchanger tubes for a long time. These spirals are moved up and down using a lever on the side for cleaning.

The pellets are transported into the burner by the dosing screw (screw from the weekly container to the burner), where they are transported forward to the burner bowl by another screw. The Rauschert glow rod is located in the burner, around which the fan flows to ignite the pellets. During operation, the amount of air and pellets is determined by the regulator.
The Pelltech is delivered pre-assembled and ready to plug in, so that the consumers only need to be connected to the Pelltech via plugs.

The suction system collects the pellets from your pellet storage with a hose length of up to 25 m and works as follows:
If the flap of the mini loader is closed, the contact switch sends a signal to the control and the suction turbine is started. This then runs for about 1 minute (depending on the setting). The flap then opens and the pellets fall out of the mini loader into the Pelltech container. If the flap closes again, the turbine starts sucking again. If there are enough pellets in the Pelltech container, the pellets remain on the flap and it remains open. When enough pellets have been used up, the flap closes again and the suction turbine sucks in new pellets.
